The Bristolville Church of the Brethren is part of a 140,000-member denomination which traces its roots to Germany and the year 1708. The Brethren have traditionally been a people of peace, emphasizing non-resistance, servanthood, and adherence to the teachings of Scripture.

Various outreach efforts are supported in the community and beyond. Services include traditional hymns and worship choruses, and a message based on the Word of God. There is Sunday School for all ages at 9:30, Morning Worship at 10:30, Wednesday evening Bible Study at 7, and Sunday evening services at 7 on special occasions.

North Bristol Christian Church is a church in Bristolville, OH that strives to keep Jesus as Lord. Our worship service begins at 10:30 am with Sunday School at 9:15 am during the school year. Our summer hours are worship at 10 am and Sunday School at 9 am. We have a ladies CWF including bible study on the third Monday of the month and dynamic groups that meet with devotional time in the Elder's and Christian Education departments..

Our Wednesday night bible study at 7 pm. We are studying the book of James at present.

NBCC uses a blended style of worship, using traditional hymns and Praise and Worship music to lift up the Name of Jesus. We enjoy using piano, guitar, laptop MIDI accompaniment, keyboards at different times, using all we have to worship our Saviour and Lord.

The Johnston Federated UMC is a church where we celebrate the Lordship ofJesus Christ in a Spirit-filled Sunday morning worship at 9:45 AM. Through a blended service using contemporary praise music, and traditional hymns, we follow the Spirit's leading in prayer, praise, and celebration. Biblical, expository preaching, belief in and practice of intercessory prayer for spiritual, emotional and physical needs is common, as are invitations to respond to the Word in devotion and dedication.

Sunday School is offered for all ages, as well as an attended nursery during worship and Sunday School.

Through the week, we have a 9:00 AM Tuesday morning Bible Study, currently in the book of The Revelation with F. F. Bruce, as well as a Tuesday evening Disciple Bible Study starting at 7:00 PM.

Wednesdays have a 2:00 PM Women's Bible Study at the parsonage (6306 Youngstown Kingsville Rd., two houses North of the church on the East side of the road) and an After School Program, with kids from Maplewood Elementary School, spending until 5:00 PM with us, in a time of Bible teaching, singing and fun.

Come join us for a Sunday service, and meet others who are "working out their salvation with fear and trembling" as we study, worship, celebrate and praise together, applying God's unchanging Word to a rapidly shifting and changing culture.
